I have experimented with different types of guac for a long time, and I have found this to be the most flavorful and my friends and family LOVE it! It always gets rave reviews and there are never any leftovers!

Ingredients
2 avocados, pitted and skins removed
1/4 red onion
1/2 jalapeno
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
juice from 1/2 lime
Directions
- Chop onion and jalapeno pepper.
- Mix together all ingredients, mushing the avocado as you mix to the consistency you prefer (could be chunky or smooth).
- Taste, and add more salt or pepper if needed.
- Enjoy!
Note: This recipe is small – for about two people or 4-5 tacos. Feel free to double or triple it for a crowd or more tacos!
